This page is from Seeka Touring. Questions: hello@seekatouring.com.
You order and pay on the site. Shipping is calculated at checkout, we confirm your order by email, and we tell you when it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Where orders ship from
Every order ships direct from our manufacturing partner to your door by tracked express courier. That is the same for every region we sell to, including Australia.
Lead time
Every order ships within two weeks of being confirmed, then travels by tracked express. Allow about three weeks from order to delivery, to any of the regions above.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. It is based on the weight of your order and where it is going. What you see at checkout is what we charge; we do not add anything afterwards.
Import duties and taxes
Because your order ships from outside your country, customs in your country may charge import duty, VAT or sales tax, and a handling fee before the parcel is released to you. Those charges are set by your government and collected by customs or the carrier, not by us, and they are not included in the price or the shipping cost you pay at checkout. Whether they apply, and how much, depends on where you live and the value of your order.
If you are unsure, check your country's import threshold before you order, or email us and we will tell you what we know for your region.
How it works
Place your order and pay on the site. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We confirm it by email.
When a packraft is on its way, we will write to you.
Delivery
Please make sure the address you give us is correct. If something cannot be delivered, we will write to you.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If a packraft is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email hello@seekatouring.com. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.
