Shipping Policy

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Allow 3–4 weeks for delivery from purchase. Every Seeka is made to order, then travels by tracked express to your door in Australia or New Zealand.

Delivery is free on every order to Australia and New Zealand until 20 November (11:59pm AEDT). Shopify takes the delivery charge off at checkout. From 21 November our standard rates below apply.

Every product belongs to a delivery group with its own flat rate: A$99 for the Solo or Tourer, A$150 for the Duo, A$20 for paddles and the backpack, and A$5 for air bags and repair kits.

Each group is charged once per order, however many of its items you buy, and the groups add up. Two Solos and a Tourer ship for A$99. A Solo with a fibreglass paddle, a backpack and an air bag ships for A$124 (A$99 + A$20 + A$5). A Duo with a fibreglass paddle ships for A$170.

New Zealand pays the same A$ amounts, charged in New Zealand dollars at the day's exchange rate. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. What you see at checkout is what we charge; we do not add anything afterwards.

Place your order and pay on the site. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We confirm it by email.

When a packraft is on its way, we will write to you.

Please make sure the address you give us is correct. If something cannot be delivered, we will write to you.

If a packraft is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email team@seekatouring.com. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
