We may share personal information with service providers who help us operate, such as email, form delivery (FormSubmit, which passes contact, hire and newsletter forms to our inbox), analytics, payment and delivery providers, and only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to keep it only as long as we need it.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, to measure how the site is used, and to measure and improve our advertising.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google), the Meta Pixel (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram) and Ahrefs Web Analytics. These tools record the pages you view, the products you look at or add to your cart, the ad you arrived from, and device and browser details. Checkout runs on Shopify, which measures purchases for us through the same Google and Meta tools. Meta and Google may use this to show you our ads and to report on them. Where you give us your email address, Meta may receive it in a hashed (scrambled) form to match the visit to an ad.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing team@seekatouring.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
